📦 Royal Retail Mart – Shipping Policy

At Royal Retail Mart, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our detailed shipping policy to understand delivery timelines, charges, and related terms.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on its product detail page.

  • Delivery timelines begin from the date of Order Confirmation.

  • We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and Delhivery.


🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Time

3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all domestic orders.

Special Cases

  • Ready-to-Wear Sarees require an additional 7 business days.

  • Customized items (such as blouse stitching) may take 7–10 extra business days.


🌍 International Shipping (Outside India)

Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout based on total order weight.

Delivery Time

Handcrafted or special products may require 30–35 business days for dispatch.

Customs & Duties

  • All customs duties, VAT, and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Charges vary depending on the destination country's regulations.


⚡ Urgent Orders

If you need your order delivered urgently, please contact the Royal Retail Mart Team before placing the order to check availability and delivery feasibility.


💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Our team will contact you to confirm all COD orders before dispatch.

  • COD orders will only be shipped after customer confirmation.

  • Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched automatically within the standard timeline.

  • If the customer does not respond within 3 days, the COD order will be cancelled automatically.


🚫 Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt will be made after reconfirmation.

  • If the second attempt fails, a third attempt will be arranged only if the customer agrees to pay additional shipping charges.

  • If the customer does not or cannot pay these charges, the order will be cancelled.

  • Royal Retail Mart reserves the right to decline future orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Refunds will be issued only in eligible cases as per our Return & Refund Policy.
